Editorial Policy
Sources
Every name comes from the company’s own regulatory filings. Where the filings do not name a chief executive, the name comes from the company’s website or its news releases. Each page shows the document a name was taken from and its date.
What a name here means
A name is the chief executive as the company last named them in its filings, as of the date shown. Companies change leadership between filings, so a name can be out of date. Where a later filing names someone else and that has not yet been checked, the page says so.
Corrections
Factual errors are corrected when they are shown to be wrong, whoever reports them. Write to team@miningprofiles.com. Say which page and sentence, what it should say, and give a source for any new or changed fact. Your rights and the right to object are set out in thePrivacy Policy.
What buyers pay for
English profiles are free. Executives and their companies can also pay for more: Fast-Track, which publishes the English profile sooner; the German Investor Profile, which adds a German translation; or Investor Authority, which adds a video biography to the German Investor Profile.
Buyers pay for faster publication, the German translation and video production, never for what the profile says. The same rules apply to every profile, paid or free. Every statement is sourced. Our editor decides the wording and approves every profile before it is published. Like anyone, a buyer can have a wrong fact corrected. A buyer cannot buy praise or change the wording.
Not investment advice
Nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Check any name against the company’s latest disclosure before relying on it.
