What the pages are

• Directory pages name the chief executive as the company last named them in its filings, as of the date shown. A name can be out of date.
• Executive profiles are biographies built from public sources such as filings, company websites, news releases and published interviews. Each statement points to its source.
• Some executives or companies pay for faster publication, a German translation or a video. The same writing standard and sources rule apply as on every other page (Editorial Policy).
• A profile records what the sources say on the date given. It is not an assessment of the person or the company’s prospects.

Corrections

We take care that facts are correct, but we cannot promise that every page is complete or current. If you find an error, write toteam@miningprofiles.com with the page, the sentence, what it should say, and a source for any new fact.

Names and links

Company names, tickers and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify the company. We are not connected to the TSX Venture Exchange, SEDAR+ or the companies named. We link to sources outside our control and cannot guarantee that they stay available or unchanged.

Liability

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws (§ 7 (1) DDG). We are not obliged to monitor third-party information that is transmitted or stored, or to search for circumstances that point to unlawful activity (§§ 8–10 DDG). Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected; liability of this kind is only possible from the time we learn of a specific infringement. If we learn of such an infringement, we will remove the content without delay.
